How to Establish Routine

It is important to find creative way to support students through these challenging times.

Predictability provides students with a feeling of security and encourages social and emotional well-being during the school closures.

Tips to Help Families Navigate this New Reality

Create a Consistent Schedule

Empower students by inviting them to be an integral part of designing a family schedule.  Implement a daily routine that creates a balance between mental and physical activities.
