A great tutoring system
for children, teenagers, or adults who struggle with
spelling, reading, and writing due to dyslexia
or a learning disability

The key to success is getting an accurate diagnosis. That's why, at Encinitas Learning Center, we start with a thorough assessment and case history. We then tailor you or your child’s learning program to meet his or her unique needs.

LearningRx

Brain training is a good choice for those who:
Have received tutoring in subjects and continue to struggle month after month or year after year
Struggle with multiple classes in school
Struggle with reading comprehension
Need to work harder or longer than others to achieve good grades.
Tutoring and brain training are actually very different solutions to very different problems.

LINDAMOODBELL

All students can learn to their potential—including those previously diagnosed with dyslexia, ADHD, or autism spectrum disorder.

FAST FORWORD

Fast ForWord is an evidence-based, adaptive reading and language program that delivers 1-2 years gain in 40-60 hours of use for any struggling learner. Fast ForWord works because it starts with the brain. It uses the science of learning to help students develop their reading brain for lasting gains.

INTERACTIVE METRONOME

Used in the treatment of ADHD, autism, sensory processing disorder, learning disabilities, developmental delays, speech-language issues, and more.

THE LISTENING PROGRAM

The Listening Program® (TLP) by Advanced Brain Technology is a music stimulation program which provides prerecorded filtered sounds functioning with an Ipod®. The sound is a variety of classical musics and nature sounds in option. The music is home based recording arranged in 4 progressive frequency zones.

CAPDOTS AUDIOLOGY

A Dichotic Integration Listening Training Program used to treat CAPD, specifically binaural integration deficits (also referred to as auditory divided attention).

Cogmed Working Memory Training

Cogmed is designed by cognitive neuroscientists and psychologists from the Karolinska Institute. Leading independent research teams worldwide have proven its efficacy in 100+ studies in peer-reviewed journals. The benefits are substantial and long-term regardless of age and condition.

REHA

A comprehensive and sophisticated system of software for computer-assisted cognitive rehabilitation.
Successful training means that the user will be better able to cope with the challenges of everyday life.
